By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TomaStudy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About TomaStudy

TomaStudy is a native iOS focus and productivity app. It helps you run Pomodoro-style focus sessions, take structured breaks, track progress, and manage distractions.

Depending on your version and plan, TomaStudy may include:

• Configurable Focus, Short Break, and Long Break timers
• Daily session goals, streaks, and activity history
• Local notifications, alarms, and Live Activities on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island
• A built-in to-do list
• Themes, timer fonts, alarm sounds, Silent Alarm, and haptic settings
• Focus Lock, which uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks to shield selected apps or categories during focus sessions (Pro)
• Focus Coach and other Pro experiences (Pro)
• TomaStudy Pro membership card customisation (Pro)
• In-app purchases including auto-renewing subscriptions and a lifetime purchase option, where available

These Terms cover the app, future updates, in-app features, related TomaStudy websites, and support communications, unless separate terms are presented.
