TomaStudy is built to be privacy-first by default. The app runs on your iPhone, has no TomaStudy account, no ads, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking. Almost all of your data stays on your device. The only information that leaves your device is anonymous product analytics and related technical data used to understand usage, fix bugs, and improve the app.

This Privacy Policy explains how TomaStudy ("TomaStudy", "the app", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you install and use the app on your iPhone or iPad.
TomaStudy is a Pomodoro-style focus timer that includes timer sessions, breaks, a to-do list, voice-to-task dictation, activity tracking, Focus Lock app blocking, alarms, Live Activities, local notifications, customisation settings, widgets, and an optional paid tier called TomaStudy Pro.
By installing or using TomaStudy you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
This policy is written to align with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines (in particular §5.1 Privacy and §5.1.2 Data Use and Sharing), the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, and Apple's App Privacy and App Tracking Transparency requirements.

TomaStudy does not have user accounts, does not sell your data, does not show ads, and does not track you across other apps or websites. Your timer settings, session history, to-do items, Focus Lock selections, custom alarm sounds, voice-note transcriptions, and Pro card customisation are stored on your device. We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage and crash analytics so we can improve the app. PostHog may infer an approximate location from your IP address, but TomaStudy never asks for GPS location.
